Clients: Adventz Keventer, Keventer Realty and Asicon

Role:

  • Managed branding mandates for premium real estate clients, delivering integrated campaigns across print and outdoor.
  • Sustained branding activities and executed events for Keventer One (1st premium modern office building overlooking the Ganges in Kolkata). Executed a one-of-kind outdoor campaign that generated almost 5 cr + in sales.
  • Managed day-to-day branding activities for events (Pitch for Success with Sourav Ganguly), periphery branding, branding at Clubs and spaces, Keventer One was associated with.
  • Launched a new real-estate brand called “Adventz Keventer”, merger between Keventer Realty and delhi-based Adventz group
  • Created their brand statement, creative and style guides. Bought in innovations in nomenclature, visual representation of the brand identity and the concept & design of the experience centre.
  • Government Events: Managed event design and execution for Asicon, Kolkata chapter. Asicon is the leading conference for surgeons all over India.

Though we started this in early 2023, I took on a full time role in my company with the objective of taking it online. I established the website, set up an e-commerce shop, executed paid media campaigns and social media.
